This  years  barn  owls  being  ringed   by  Notts  Wildlife  Trust,  4  young  owls  in  all  1  more  than  last  year.

The  other  nest  box  had  a  single  adult  owl  roosting  in  the  box  with  a  bit  of  luck  we  may  have  a  pair  make  a  home  there  next  year.  The  Barn  Owl  has   returned  with  the  help  of  stewardship  with  the  grass  margins  around  the  arable  fields.
